Payment
Payments for sessions must be made via credit or debit card based on the authorization form you submitted before your first session. Your card will be run after each session, and you will receive a receipt via email. If you ever need to update your card on file, please email billing@joinreflect.com.
48-hour cancellation policy
Cancellations and rescheduled sessions will be subject to a full charge if not received at least 48 hours in advance. This is necessary because a time commitment is made by your therapist and is held exclusively for you.
